I have been watching Alaina flourish into the beauty she has become since the day her mother married my father. Once intrigued by make-believe and Disney movies, Alaina has prospered into a beautiful young woman ready to chase her dreams. When she asked me to capture her senior session earlier this summer I was absolutely delighted.
Dad's farm was the perfect backdrop for her senior portraits. Not only is it 80ish acres of breathtaking Tennessee mountains that run along a river but it's also a place where years of memories have been made. After spending time in the fields we headed down to the river to capture some shots of Alaina in the water. I love her free spirit. She spalshed in the water and we laughed, a lot. We found my grandmother's old bicycle she used to ride in the 70s in dad's barn so we ended the shoot as the sun was dropping behind the mountains. Just envision me floating, camera in hand, because that's how I felt. #cloudnine
